BUILDING CONDITION REPORT
A review of the building’s Capital Works planning. Our industry experience provides a unique timeline and estimated costing of when each of the major expenditures will be due; including Waterproofing, Paint, Balustrades and Windows.
Defect Listing: Prior to the end of the Defects Liability Period, we provide an independent listing of all visible defects. To be forwarded to the builder for rectification.
Defect Report: Inspection, Identification, and Diagnosis of causes and responsibilities of any specific building defect.
