Buildcheck is available to inspect work and certify payments.

Inspection and certification, as distinct from supervision, is an audit process to ensure the value of the work claimed by the contractor has been executed in accordance with the scope of works.  It involves the following:

	Inspection and liaison with the contractor to confirm the extent of work and the standard required.
	Assessment and reporting of variations.
	Random inspection of work to confirm adherence with scopes.
	Issue of instruction to contractor in cases of non-conformance.
	Measurement of work against contractor’s claim before certifying payment.
	Final inspection and certification of completion.
	All site visits to be recorded with the issue of site minutes to the contractor and the body corporate manager.
